What Is This Place?

Jukebox is America’s first custom sparkling beverage studio, where creativity meets refreshment. We mix premium ingredients, fresh flavors, and endless customization options to craft beverages that are as unique as you.

Our Story

This is Jay (or an AI-graffiti version of him). 

Jay’s passion for carbonated beverages started close to home, where he loved discovering new drinks at local stores and experimenting in the kitchen, always seeking better flavors and functionality. His true inspiration, however, came from traveling the world, tasting beverages with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and unique combinations. As a non-coffee drinker, Jay envied the coffeehouse experience—premium drinks, endless customization, and a great place to gather. So, he asked himself, “Why doesn’t something like this exist for sparkling beverage lovers?”

Determined to prove there could be something better, Jay dove in—conducting national research studies, spending thousands of hours on product development, and testing his ideas on fellow sparkling beverage enthusiasts. After countless taste tests (and plenty of honest feedback from his wife), he partnered with a passionate community to bring something truly special to life.

  • Jukebox has been called a ‘seltzer & soda emporium,’ a ‘beverage apothecary,’ and even a ‘non-alcoholic sparkle bar.’ We just call it a custom sparkling beverage studio.

    We serve up handcrafted sparkling waters, slushies, classic sodas, and bold, unexpected combinations—all made with fresh ingredients, premium flavors, and housemade mixes.

    Our studio blends the craft of a classic soda shop, the innovation of modern beverage science, and the quirky personality of a cocktail bar. Shake it all together, and boom—you’ve got Jukebox.

    Whatever you call us, the only way to really get it is to taste it. Come experience it for yourself!

  • Like a music studio where artists mix sounds to create magic, Jukebox is where we mix flavors, functional ingredients, and a bit of fun to create beverage magic. It’s all about creativity and customization!

  • What's important to you in a sparkling beverage? What do you like best in it? What don’t you want in it? 

    That's why you should try our sparkling beverages - we handcraft it for you, with everything you want in it and nothing you don’t. Just the way you like it.

  • Nope! 

    While we do offer some dirty sodas (because they’re fun and delicious), our primary product line focuses on sparkling water-based beverages (Sparklers) made with fresh, housemade ingredients. Some might call it “clean soda”... ;)

  • Almost everything! 

    When ordering a Sparkler, for example, you can customize the flavor profile, carbonation level, sugar content (regular or low/no sugar), ice type and cream choices (dairy, non-dairy, etc.). 

    For many beverages you can even choose between standard or all-natural flavors, and there’s so much more. Your beverage, your way!

  • No worries! You can simply select a beverage from our menu and enjoy it just as we recommend it - no customization required. Easy peasy. 

  • Nope! Once you join our loyalty program (the Bub Club), our web and kiosk ordering platforms will remember your previous orders. 

    Once you’ve created your perfect beverage, it’ll be saved and ready to go the next time you order. 

    Of course, if you’re feeling adventurous, there are always more flavors to explore!

  • Our studio is a vibrant, lively space filled with music and creative energy. It’s a place where people can gather, enjoy handcrafted beverages, and immerse themselves in a casual & quirky experience. Think of it as a modern blend between a classic beverage shop and a quirky cocktail bar - all with a unique, upbeat vibe.

  • We call them our Studio Vibe Guidelines - simple ways to make sure Jukebox stays a place where everyone feels welcome, uplifted, and free to be their fizzy little selves.

    • Jukebox’s Studio, Jukebox’s Music – No external music or noise sources allowed, including stereos, non-earbud or headphone music, or cowbells.

    • Pay to Play – Enjoy our space by ordering a beverage; this includes restroom access.

    • Uplift Everyday, Don’t Kill the Vibe – No bullying, harassment, fighting, or aggressive behavior. Bring positive energy, compliments, and friendly vibes -dancing is always welcome!

    • Clean Vibes Ask – Please dispose of trash in bins and leave the space as sparkling as your beverage.

    • All Are Welcome – This is a judgment-free zone. Treat everyone with kindness and respect.

    • No Outside Drinks – Enjoy our handcrafted beverages and snacks!

    • Dog-Friendly, Not Dog-Wild – Dogs are welcome but must be leashed, well-behaved, and supervised.

    • No Smoking or Vaping Indoors or on the Patio – Keep the air fresh and clean for everyone.

  • Sure! We love having guests come in to work or study. Just a heads up—it can get lively, so you might want to bring noise-canceling headphones if you need to focus.

  • Yes, you can! 

    Please keep in mind that our space is first-come, first-serve, and our busiest hours are from 2 pm to 7 pm, so larger groups might face some challenges during those times. Plan accordingly, and we’ll be happy to host.

  • Absolutely! We’re always on the lookout for the next great Jukebox crew member.

  • Yes! We’re fully committed to reducing our environmental impact by using eco-friendly and recyclable packaging. All of our cups, lids, and straws are recyclable.

    Eco fact: an estimated 10% of all disposable plastic waste comes from lids! So if you’re enjoying your beverage in the studio, nearby, or just feeling a little adventurous, we challenge you to "Drop the Top” (aka skip the lid) and help us cut down on waste even more.

  • We’re committed to reducing waste by using recyclable materials and partnering with suppliers who share our sustainability goals. But we’re always looking for ways to do more!

    Right now, we’re exploring options for a reusable and/or bring-your-own cup program. While recycling is great, we believe the best solution is to reduce the use of disposable cups altogether. Stay tuned – we’re excited about the possibilities!

  • Yes, we do! Your safety and health are a priority for us, so we provide detailed allergen information for all our menu items & ingredients. 

    You can ask one of our crew members for a copy of our physical menu (which has an allergen chart), check online in our menu section [insert menu link], or view it directly on our web and kiosk ordering platforms [insert web ordering link].

  • Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase here [insert link]. Sharing the love is what we’re all about!

  • Yes! We love rewarding all of our customers. Join our Bub Club program to earn Bubs (points) with every purchase, which you can redeem for free beverages, exclusive perks, and other exciting rewards. It’s our way of saying thanks for being a part of the Jukebox community.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple & Samsung Pay, as well as Gift & Comp cards. Use these payment methods with both our online ordering platform and in-studio kiosk.

    At this time, we do not accept cash for beverage purchases, but we do sell $10 and $20 gift cards for cash at the studio counter (sorry, no change available).

  • Yes! You can place an order online [insert link here] before heading into the studio - whether it’s before you’ve left, when you’re en route or while sitting in the parking lot - and pick it up in the studio. We’ll send you a text as soon as your order is ready, so you don’t have to wait around.

  • We’re working hard to bring you both options! 

    At the moment, all orders must be picked up in the studio, but we’re planning to roll out delivery soon (and curbside pickup soon after!).

  • Not yet, but we’re excited to hear what you have in mind! 

    Whether it’s a private event, party, or corporate function, we’d love to learn what you’d like to see from Jukebox. Drop us a note to chat more and help shape our future events and catering offerings.

  • Not right now! Many of our beverages feature real, fresh ingredients, which makes canning or bottling a challenge.

    But we’re working on something exciting—soon, you’ll be able to build a customized 4- or 6-pack online, perfect for enjoying at home or on the go. Every sip, tailored just for you. How cool is that?

  • We categorize our beverage customizations into three main areas:

    • Flavor & Beverage: Customize everything from flavors and flavor intensity to cream type, ice type, and carbonation level.

    • Fix My Life (Functional): Add benefit-driven ingredients like energy & focus, relaxation, hydration, and more.

    • Flavatown (Fun): Take your beverage to the next level with texture, visual, and flavor add-ins like boba, sparkles, colors, and more.


    Many of these customizations are available for most beverages, and some beverages can be customized in all three categories. It’s your beverage—make it exactly how you like it!

  • There are hundreds of ways to customize your beverage. From the flavor profile and intensity to carbonation, texture add-ins, and functional ingredients, the possibilities are endless. Let your creativity run free!

  • When we say "crazy customization," we mean it! You can adjust everything from the flavor intensity to the carbonation level, sweetness, texture, and even functional add-ins like energy boosters or hydration enhancers. You’re the mixologist here, and we’re just helping you make the magic happen.

  • Absolutely! We offer a range of customization options to suit your dietary needs, including sugar-free, caffeine-free and dairy-free alternatives. Just let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll make it happen!

    Please note a few of our beverages cannot be made low sugar/sugar-free. These will be noted on the menu. 

  • A Sparkler is our signature sparkling water-based beverage, and we offer a range of varieties to suit your mood and taste, including:

    • Fresh Sparkler: Made with fresh ingredients for even fresher flavors.

    • Fruit Sparkler: Featuring fresh-frozen fruit chunks, fruit puree and coconut milk for a better-for-you treat.

    • Fruit Sparkler Light: Everything you love about the Fruit Sparkler just with lighter puree and no coconut milk.

    • Sparkler: Made with premium syrups—our take on a classic Italian Soda.

    • Cream Sparkler: A Sparkler with premium syrups and your choice of cream—think Italian Cream or French Soda.

    Every Sparkler is fully customizable, from flavors and add-ins to carbonation levels. It’s your personal sparkling creation, just the way you want it!

    Note: This customization is not available for branded soda-based products (e.g., Coca-Cola, Pepsi, etc.).

  • We offer full control over your carbonation for all of our non-pop based beverages (e.g. Sparklers, Epic Sips, etc.)! 

    Choose from:

    • Low: A gentle sparkle

    • Medium: A balanced fizz

    • High: A strong bubble burst

    You can also always have one of these beverages made still (no with no carbonation), just with amazing triple-filtered water.

    Whatever your carbonation preference, we’ve got you covered.


  • Let’s nerd out for a second! The level of carbonation (the amount of dissolved CO2 in water) depends on two main factors: the water temperature (before and during carbonation) and the amount of CO2 applied to the water. 

    We’ve developed specialized, patent-pending methods (and invested in some cool equipment) to manage these variables and give you three different levels of carbonation.

    Just kidding about the patent-pending part—good luck recreating it! 😉

  • Many of them, yes! We pride ourselves on using fresh, real ingredients, especially in all of our Fresh Sparklers.

    Beyond that, we offer a wide range of customizations - including fresh fruit (or fresh-frozen), housemade ingredients, and natural syrups - so you can craft your beverage to be as real and clean as you’d like.

  • We have lots of great suppliers! 
    Our suppliers range from local to national, fresh to packaged and everything in-between.

  • We offer over 30 different functional (“Fix My Life”) mix-ins! Whether you’re looking for an energy boost, extra hydration, help with focus or relaxation, or even a fiber boost, we’ve got a functional mix-in for you.   • It depends! Most menu items include one Fix My Life (Functional) or Flavatown (Fun) mix-in at no extra cost. 

    Why? Because we want you to customize your beverage to make it perfect for whatever your day requires. 

    Build Your Own and Off Menu items, do not include a free mix-in, but you’re welcome to add as many as you’d like!

  • Our top fun add-ins include:

    • PopChomps: Chewy and popping boba pearls, Cruncheez (a cold, crunchy flavor burst), and frozen fruit chunks.

    • Colors & Sparkles: Add a splash of color or shimmer to jazz up your beverage.

    • Rims: Coat the rim of your cup with delicious flavors like sugar, salt, or a spicy mix. (Pro tip: choose "Skip the Lid" when selecting this add-on.)


    All of these Fun Add-ins bring an extra twist to your beverage and make every sip a little more exciting!

  • Yes! We love keeping things fresh and exciting with seasonal and limited-edition flavors. Follow us on social media to be the first to know when new flavors drop.

  • Absolutely! Customization is what we do best. You can mix and match from our wide range of flavors to create a combination that’s completely your own. Go wild – there are no wrong answers when it comes to flavor at Jukebox, just what tastes amazing to you. And if you end up not loving it, no worries! Let a crew member know, and we’ll whip up something you do.

  • Yes! While sparkling beverages are our specialty, we also offer plenty of non-carbonated options. Our slushies, lemonades, and even Sparklers can all be made with refreshing, cold, triple-filtered still water. So whether you’re feeling fizzy or not, we’ve got you covered.

  • Nope! We focus exclusively on non-alcoholic beverages. But don’t worry – our beverages are still packed with flavor, fun, and a whole lot of creativity.


    Hot tip: If you’re looking for a “closer to alcohol” vibe, try one of our mocktails with the Extra (high) carbonation level. The added fizz creates a tingly sensation on your tongue, similar to what you’d experience with some alcoholic beverages. It’s a fun twist that takes your mocktail to the next level! 

  • Kind of! While we don’t offer standard drip coffee, we do serve espresso-based beverages as part of our companion beverage line. 

    We proudly use Carabello Coffee (of Newport, KY), known for its rich, smooth flavor.

  • Our Epic Sips category features globally inspired beverages with unique flavors and ingredients you won’t find anywhere else. From tropical fruits to international twists on classic favorites, this menu is for adventurous beverageers who love to explore new tastes.

  • Yes! We offer a wide range of low-calorie and “better for you” options. Whether you’re watching your sugar intake, counting calories, or just looking for a healthier alternative (like a Prebiotic Pop!), we’ve got something delicious for you.

    Here are some of what we see as our cleanest, healthiest, better-for-you beverages:

    • Fresh Sparklers - any flavor variety 

    • Fruit Sparklers - any flavor variety 

    • Sparklers - any variety with sugar-free or natural syrups

    • Prebiotic Pops - any variety 

  • Prebiotic pops are one of our fun and functional beverage options! These beverages contain prebiotics (in the form of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the “mother”), which are good for gut health, helping to balance your digestive system and support overall wellness. Plus, they’re delicious!

  • Yes! All of our beverages are gluten-free, and most can be made dairy-free and caffeine-free. We also offer keto-friendly options. 

    Just let us know your dietary needs, and we’ll help you craft the perfect beverage for your lifestyle.

  • Not many! We believe in giving you the power to choose what goes into your beverage. Many of our products are made without any artificial preservatives, sweeteners, or colors, while others may include them for flavor or shelf life. 

    The best part? You can fully customize your drink to meet your health preferences—whether you want a completely clean option or don’t mind a touch of the artificial stuff for added flavor. 

    Simply let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll help you craft the perfect drink, tailored to your needs.

  • Yes, absolutely!

    Take our Fresh Sparklers, for example—they’re made with just muddled fresh fruit, vegetables, and/or herbs, plus a splash of our housemade syrup. That’s it! The syrup typically features a single fresh ingredient (like sliced cucumbers) and erythritol, a sugar alcohol sweetener, found naturally in fruits & vegetables. Erythritol is calorie-free, Sweetness level about 60-70% of sugar, does not raise blood sugar levels, and does not promote tooth decay

    Or if you're looking for something even simpler, we can pour you a delicious, cold, triple-filtered sparkling or still water with a Fix My Life functional mix-in. It’s the ultimate clean and refreshing beverage experience! 😊

Jukebox captures that timeless connection between beverages and tunes, bringing people together for a refreshing experience that’s as fun as it is flavorful.

  • Absolutely! Our logo is inspired by the intersection of sparkling beverages, sound waves, and – of course – jukeboxes. It’s all about the rhythm of refreshment and the fun of customizing your perfect beverage.

  • "Uplift the world" isn’t just our mission—it’s the manifesto we live by. For us, it means bringing joy and positivity to every interaction, whether it’s through our beverages, our community, or our charitable initiatives.
